Yeah i know what you mean, my mum is too nosey in my life, sometimes you just feel like telling them to fuck off and give you your own space.
but equally they have been in your shoes before, and "mum knows best" most mums turn out to be your best friend.....i still havn't found that yet haha, i like to do and take things in my own way.
If you want to tell her to stop, well you already have, and i thnk you did it the best way, if you did it kindly she would carry on but in small doses, the reason she is upset is because she knows how its affected you now, what you now need to do is talk to her and explain that you just don't like that, obv. appologive for making her upset, but just ask her to understand your position and help you by not helping at all...

:agree: She's doing this because she cares and doesn't want you to get hurt. You just need to remind her that you can look after yourself now and you're not 'mommy's little girl'. I know it seems obvious, but love for your daughter can get in the way of most things.
