How long have you been with your girlfriend? Btw physically 3 inches are enough for women, the rest is a kind of 'gluttony'. So don't worry about this, size doesn't matter if you know how to handle your instrument. ;)

At 15 you are still in the middle of puberty, you're still growing, so i wouldnt worry about it, it should still be "getting bigger". And if your girlfriend laughs at you, she's obviously not worth it, but like Iaxa said, if she likes you she wont care.

I'd say if she aint even seen it yet, don't jump straight into sex.
If you're really worried about it then show her how much love and pleasure you can give her through other means besides that.
Then when you do both decide to get on with it and get into doing it regulary she'll be fine with it. As the other dude said its physically possible for her to be satisfied, and theres gotta be a lot of guys that are smaller than others and still have girlfriends and so on, it doesent mean you can't get/give pleasure.
But also as the rest of em said, ya only 15 dude, I dont know exactly but it will carry on growing for a while, different people go at different rates, it might grow a hellova lot within one year compared to others and so on. To be sure I'd say try and look up on the net the age that blokes stop growing down there, either ways yav got a long while yet.
Also if she doesent understand that then she'd be a very shallow person who understood nothing about blokes so she wouldn't be worth it anyways.
But yeah, just be confident and show her what ya can do, whether its by sex or other means, that combined with your love and the rest of your relationship should be more then enough. :)
