Do you ever get days when nearly everything is annoying you or getting on your nerves and you just feel really rubbish?

I'm feeling like that right now, the slightest little thing is pissing me off, and i feel really down:(

Yeah i hate those kinda days, the slightest thing makes you mad and you just snap and the poor people that speak to you suffer...i have these days often when im stressed!

i know what you mean, cos alately iv been depressed, and my mates have been worrying about me.. as iv been snapping at them and really distant... i think its the gcse resukts that are coming up for me though.. i feel under pressure to succeed

Kinda like the mood changes topic.

Sumtimes I just feel, grrrr. so, jus end up grrrrin at things.

Normally im peaceful an id let things be but when in grrrrr mood i sumtimes enforce masen more i suppose. that, and goin grrr.

But yeah sumtimes do have urgh days, where jus feel flat an crap an well, urgh lol.
