It is deffinatley not a good idea to tell her that you like her in that way. because you can get into a lot of trouble something does happen, she can as well.
and it is illegal. It's not worth it and it probably wouldn't work out between you two. If you do say something it may also make things ackward between you two. And that wouldn't be ideal especially when you are in her class.

Just try to find someone your own age to fancy. She's a teacher and shes way older than you. Its illegal and maybe she is fit but its just not a good idea. Try to focus your attention on someone your own age, so its not illegal

If it would help his education at all, then she WILL get fired, and he'll be in trouble so deep, it will take him years to get out. (I hope you were joking...)

Don't do it. A relationship is illegal, but even if it never reached that, it would be awkward in class for the both of you, (since she probably will not share your feelings on the matter, leading to embarrassment for you), and you as a person would be judged by your peers, who would probably tease and pick on you if they found out. And if a relationship ever DID come to light, then you would also be opening both of you two up to poor judgment by the public. Being an adult, she would probably be the one to get most of the "blame," but if you really respect this person, would you want her to get blamed--and probably lose any hope of continuing her career in teaching--for something that you KNOW you had a hand in, too??

It's just a bad situation no matter what the outcome, so I'd completely prevent it by not saying anything.
