Hey, I've need some advice with losing weight. I'm 16-years-old and I have a bit more extra around my stomach. Now I'm not obese or anything nor would I consider myself fat. When wearin a shirt I look as though I have a slim stomach, but once it's off you can tell I'm not. now I was wondering if anyone could give me some helpful [and healthy!] adivce to dropping some pounds quickly so I can get a slimmer stomach. I don't eat alot, and I ride my bike four about 30 minutes everyday.

Start doing crunches and stuff. Work your abs.

Walk instead of ride, and walk for 2 hours a day, see where it takes you. Eat less, and do sit ups, press ups, and other simple yet effective exercises for about an hour a day.

Lost me 4 1/2 stone, and I'm still losing it fassst!

Yeah if your out on your bike, walk down hill but ride uphill ;)

It sounds to me like you don't need to lose weight. Why not just live with your natural self. What's wrong with being naturally chubby.
