I have had nightmares about drowning and not being able to breath. I think that's the panic element. I'd hate to die feeling frightened, scared and panicky.

to have breast cancer and die the way my nan did :(
or worst of all to have a brain tumour as my cousin did, i know what he went through, he was a year younger than me and i saw him suffer step by step, i never want to go through that.
