Howdy and help please, I need to know what everyone thinks Maidens best songs are, what they think their best albums are and so on.... Danka

Best song is either 'Number of the Beast' or 'Wicker Man' :D

Their new single is pretty good too, i heard it on Radio 1 a few weeks ago, typical Maiden, i'm looking forward to their new album.

Sorry to bring this topic back up, but asking for good iron maiden songs is like asking for days which end in Y. the only two Iron Maiden songs I actually do not like to listen to are Run to the hills and the number of the beast.

I have all their albums and all of it is good, even Blaze's stuff. If I absolutely had to pick a favourite it would be for the greater good of god, or infinite dreams.

Went to get it the morning it came out. I think it is one of their best albums. They are going in a more progressive direction. Like the stuff on Dance of death and Seventh son.

Their sound has got a little heavier but it is still classic maiden. For the greater good of God and The re-incarnation of Benjamin Breeg are at the top of my most played list now.

Definately worth picking up. :)

Some great songs there, a lot of people overlook afraid to shoot strangers, but it is a great song. The list of good songs are too vast for iron maiden :p.

I am listening to the album somewhere in time a lot currently, it was a highly rated album but doesn't really have any tracks which people seem to remember. Alexander the great is partiocularly excellent.

Agreed completely, apart from the two songs you named...what the hell, those two are among their best songs!

I never particulary liked them beacuse they are not the bestr songs, yet they are the obne's associated with the band too often. I like the songs myself.

Iron Maiden Rux Best metal band in my opion. Unlike other ones of their size (metallica for instance) they fully well deserve their success.

The only albums to watch out for are the ones with Pau di anno or Blaze, because in my opinion Bruce is the only singer for Maiden and the other stuff just doesn't compare. Although I like futureal and man on the edge which they did with Blaze, I would of preffered it sung by Bruce though no doubt.
