god damit i can not get to sleep anymore. driving me insane. and when i do get some rest i am constantly rolling around and i kick off my blankets!
can sum1 give me sum tips on how to get to sleep.

melatonin. its a natural sleep aid thing that you can get at health food stores. works like a charm.
or a little capful of nyquil does the trick.

I used to have trouble going to sleep, but now I just stay up till about 2 and as soon as a turn the TV off Im gone, that works, but if you have to wake up early next morning its shit. Just wank yourself to sleep or summet...

Dont have any type of Dairy Product before you sleep. Not even warm milk!
Dont have fruit either.
The best thing you can have to help you sleep is what Callum mentioned above and maybe a glass of water. ;)

Make sure you eat enough before you go to bed.
Go to sleep when you're ready (when you're tired)
Exercise early in the day and don't get excited before bed
Make the bed room a very pleasant place and don't spend time in there during the day (so you'll be relieved to be there). I put an air conditioner and air filter in my room, and I vacuum off baking soda from my mattress (it has it smell fresh and makes it feel colder and cleaner). Sleep on your back! I never use a pillow but sometimes put something under my neck or hang my head off the bed. It helps...

I suppose that kind of rules out the "wank before bedtime" theory, lol :P
I know exactly what you mean though, whenever i've got to get up for college the next morning i can rarely get to sleep (its always a sunday too, i call it Sunday Night Insomnia).
