I need opinions.. I do rowing, and alone it is a great exercise. Only I don't like it, the people they're.... Well, not the best. I was wondering if moving from Rowing (great exercise) to Tai Chi and Capoeira (combined..?) would be a good choice. I really want to stay in shape and I don't wanna compromise it. Anyone do Tai Chi or Capoeira?
Also, what does evrybody else do as a healthy regular exercise?
(I'm sixteen I should mention, so regular exercise is important I hear)

I'd love to learn Capoeira. It look so nifty.

I try do to yoga a few times a week. I bought a DVD a while back. I just pop it in in the morning and do it. Makes me feel energized for the rest of the day.

I do some relaxations and sometimes kind of Yoga when I warm up for training.

if you want to get into shape running is the best way to do so. its a bitch to get started with and takes a lot of determination and will, but once you get into it its so rewarding. i run 3-4 times a week and i'm in great shape, and its good for mental health too. Try setting a goal for yourself, like my goal was to be able to run around a lake by my house thats 10K with my boyfriend, and being able to meet that goal feels great too. having a partener keeps you motivated to go because you know theres someone expecting you to be there.

signing up for a gym is good too because you can do weight training to help progress your running. Anyways, i'll stop rambling on.

-Running, jump rope, basketball
and
-weight training

For the most part, a lot of light exercise, such as bicycling and running, will help to get in general shape but to build muscle, you've to weight train.
