What is so good about where you live? List your city/towns good points!

I love living in Nottingham. It is the home of the great Robin Hood. It is also the home of a double European cup winning football club. Nottingham is a tourist attraction. Sherwood Forest and Robin Hood (mentioned earlier) are big hits with the tourists along with Nottingham Castle. It is the biggest city in the East Midlands with the the UK's 5th largest river (The River Trent). Nottingham has a great night life and the women outnumber the men by 3:1 :D. In a recent poll, Nottingham have the best looking women in the whole of the UK!

Umm...well....some of the lads will probably think manchester united will be one of the great things where i live. some will say thats debatable coz they hate them. I dont like football, so to me ManU isnt one of the great things. Manchester is just a generally good city. But rochdale is where i live technically, in a village called stansfield. i guess the good thing about here is theres lots of countryside and hills and stuff, and its not overrun with industry. *shrugs*

i live in this village "with a castle" and we have quite a lot of things round is, theirs like lots of fast food places, one way theirs doncaster, and about the same distance the other way their's rotherham n then sheffield, n meadowhall my FAVOURTIE place (shopping centre)
theirs lots of people my age whereever you look, theirs different people to get on with, theirs like emos's skaters, chavs, the whole lot lol

I live in Bristol. We talk like farmers. Park Street has nice shops. There are some hot men if you look around hard enough. And you can wonder around town going "OMGZ LIKE THEY WENT DER IN CASUALTY!!!!111".

great thing about where i live is:

im on 16 acres of land where i own an alpaca and a donkey [among other animals] from my house, it takes me 15 mins to get into a cute artsy little town. going in the other direction - it takes me 15 20 minutes to get into a reasonable sized city which has anything i need.
head 20 mins slightly away from the later and i come to canberra, the capital of australia. while most other aussie diss it due to lack of... everything - i beg to differ. canberra has anything i ever need. plus its low key and never too hectic - with a lot of open space and the setup for the city is much more environment orientated. i have all my friends in canberra and a car to get me around everywhere - what more can i want?

same with grimsby, its a dump, so many chavs n trouble about. Only good thing about Grimsby is that ive noticed theres a lot of good looking and fit women lol, but half of them are sluts. Still nice to look at though. Another thing i guess is that its next to cleethorpes, a sea side attraction, its not bad

id say good points about sheffield is that theres a ski village, ice rink, loads of cinemas plus theres meadowhall which is a massive shopping centre plus the city centre is good for shopping and theres a hell load of pubs and clubs. Another good point about sheffield is that theres 2 uni's here (screams out uni boys yum yum lol) plus theres a really good climbing place. cant think of owt else at min lol
