I need some advice on how to loose a good bit of weight in about a month!!!! or just a s soon as possible...ive heard that if you drink a glass of milk and 8 glasses of water a day that it will help you slim up...and that if you eat fruit and things like that...but i wanna know if anyone else knows any secrets to speeding up metabolism or something..ANYTHING i mean ive tried the not eating PERIOD thing, but then they say that once you START eating again it goes straight to fat AND it gives me killer headaches...its just so hard for me to loose it...i exercise and everything..i guess im just lookin for some tips and stuff!!!! thanks a ton!!!!!!!:)

eat healthy and exercise a thats all you can do... dont take diet pills!!!! ive learn the hard way they dont help

100 sit ups a day, as many press ups as u can handle, eat more fruit less crap e.g. apples instead of crisps and choc, drink more water. eat youghart as a desert [not the muller corners w/ biscuit and stuff either :P ]

i've lost weight since i started working i'm on my feet for 9hours a day but i'm also unhealthy because i only eat one meal a day don't try this its got me stuck now on one meal a day and not a very big meal i have to tell you i get full up easier now or sometimes i feel sick so i wouldn't stop eating meals

i tried diet pills they worked for a while but then when you miss out one you put weight on easy

haha! thanks! i wouldnt be able to do the pill thing if i wanted..you have to be like 18 to buy them, and my mom would never go for it! thanks for the suggestion and info!

i'll try to do the set up things at night after i walk a mile or two in the afternoon! haha, i SUCK at pressups! and ill try the fruit thing. im KINDA doing the fruit and water thing right now, i guess i need to cut off the sweet tea!

i bet you have! and i did the cut back on meal thing once...it made me SICK....and i think thats what caused me to GAIN so much weight was bc i went from eating one meal a day(if ANY meal) to eating 3 a day...so the other two prolly went straight to fat! lol! and thanks for the information about the pill...i didnt know you could gain if you stopped using them!!!!

This is something I have tried my self and I have seen results . Exercise at LEAST an hour a day {walking, jogging, playing soccer just make sure you are moving most of the time you should be able to feel you muscles {in a good way}, eat food in portions, like one cup of rice, one cup of vegetables, and one/half cup of black beans etc. Eat healthy meals and snacks drink more water {at least four full glasses to eight full glasses} and drink at least one glass of milk.

I have 2 meals a day (well, a mean nd a snack), plenty of excercise, and alcohol. works wonders.

hmmm? alcohol? i cant drink alcohol where im from. im underage. does that really work though? what about the pills? any that you would reccomend that work really well and dont make you like REALLY sick?

100 Sit ups a day isn't a good idea if you're just starting out, take it easy at first, or you won't be able to move too good in the morning.

Alcohol has alot of calories, so it's good you're underage :p

Don't stop eating, that never works. The more you eat, but smaller, healthier portions, with a good amount of exercise will help, and drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated.

Only eat one banana a day and buy yourself some Slim Fast with the 4 hour hunger control, and do 100 sit-ups a day after eating a banana or a kiwi, just eat that much in a day hardly anything, and if you do sit-ups and hardly eat while drinking Slim Fast and maybe a couple glasses of milk, it should help you lose lots of weight.

hmmm, slimfast choclate milkshake! That really fills you up, after a while the slimfast stuff made me feel sick though so i just wouldn't eat/drink it so i kinda ate nothing and i lost sum weight but as soon as i started eatting anything again i put on loads of weight again.

Hard liquor will fatten you up, too. That's why I've gained like..3lbs. Fucking alcohol.

A good fast effective way would be:
-Eat your greens / If you don't eat greens, I suggest tasty fruits.
-Drinks lotsa water. Cut down on carbohydrate drinks, they give you gas + unproper digestion.
-Do excercises daily, jogging in the earling cold morning w/ your mp3 tune up loud is fun, serious. Bring a bottle of clear water along, you need lots and lots of water.
-Go to the gym with you friends, if you don't have friends then bring along your imaginary friends, thats even better & you don't have to be shy and all. (Make sure your imaginary friends cheer for you with pom poms and all.)
-Check the weighing scale daily, if you lose weight fast, don't stop, that's a steady pace. If you don't lose weight fast, then buck it up!
-Just have confidence and smile always!

But if you think you're just to lazy for those above, you can be like me!
I eat one meal everyday and after that only meal I'll go to the toilet and take the end of my toothbrush and poke my throat forcing to barf. Yeah be a bulimic like me. But just a not, it's unhealthy. Then go find a job that requires you to run here and there. A great one is a waiter/waitress, I work 9 hours a day and I sure run here and there. And everyweek, I'll buy myself, MYSELF, a strawberry coated chocolate dip inside cake. Yums..

Just remember that losing too much weight too quickly (known as "crash dieting") can lead to serious health problems and organ failure. It's best not to take that sort of risk.

The best way to lose weight is not to stop eating entirely, but to eat healthily. Make sure you have a decent breakfast (for example, cereal and a piece of fruit). Have a balanced lunch (a sandwich, a bag of crisps, a chocolate bar and another piece of fruit keeps me going every day) and make sure you eat plenty at dinner. Drinking enough fluid is also important, and this affects your metabolism. Aim for about two litres a day (it sounds a lot but it's not once you consider that you probably already drink in excess of two litres a day already).

Also, exercise regularly. Maybe a jog in the morning and a brisk walk home from school or something. I personally cycle to and from school and find that's a good way of keeping in shape. Maybe you should try it too.

eat a lot of fiber, it keeps you feeling full, idk...just eat healthy nd exercies i guess...
