When I mentioned I liked this particular guy at school, a friend of mine says that he is uncircumcised. What does that actually mean, like is that a good or bad thing? Also what does an uncircumcised guy look like, is there anywhere to go and learn more about it?

ain't anything bad about it. Just means that he has skin on top of his penis. Usually a family or religion thing when they get a circumison (if thats how you spell it)
