why when you like someone you become shy, nervous and just a wreck around them

Why must it be so hard to like a person. You start having feelings for someone and you just can't speak to them anymore. If your good friends who always play around yell at each other and act silly, but when you start having these feelings it doesn't seem possible to be normal and do all the things you used to do around them anymore?? How do you overcome this, should i step up to the plate and let it all lose, just try and be like before?

Because when you start to like them you feel different about them and get nervous about what they think of you. Its okay it you feel like that it happens to everyone.

Well, you begin to see them differently and i agree with the person before, you are more conscious of the way they act around you and how they feel about you...:o

Its one of those things in life which totally suck:bs: , but we hafta live with it...:(
