Please stay off my roads. That hand signal annoys me as well. If I was the one driving, I would ram the horse. I hope to gain self control before I am old enough to drive.

But never broken anything, only cracked; when my horse stepped on my shin after I'd fallen off riding bareback. The whiplash was pretty sweet, too.

If its the standard "customer support" type email then that only goes to Shane so itl never get done lol, anyways I've mailed your hotmail account, as stated, reply to it stating that you are Horsey Gal and wish ya password to be changed, this will confirm that it is you as I retrieved ya email from ya account details.

I will then mail ya back with a temporary password I'll have allocated, log in with this and then reset the password to whatever ya want.

In the future if ya need anythin and can't log in, contact one of us admins through the E-mail link in our profiles, I only saw this topic when I was moderating the guest post queue.

Edit: Sorted.

had my head stood on when i fell off riding bareback (was stoopidly not wearing a hat) and sprained my wrist when someone shot a bird and horse ran into an electric fence and bucked me over it. ooo also, got hit by a bus when a "bombproof" (yeah bloody right) youngster reared in front of one. kinda painful...

i don't have a horse, neither do i want one at the moment.

Been going horse riding myself for... must be about six years now at least. Definately my fave hobby by far.
Never really got into showing though, just like the more "rough and ready" idea of tearing down some narrow country road. :P

Aww that's awful, really sorry :(
I know it's awful to give something up, my first horse I had to sell after my Mum died of cancer. I missed him like I'd lost my leg, seriously. I was like a part of me had just been taken away with him, although I know full well he is happy as I have been paying him visits with his new owner :)
We saved up enough to buy a new pone, charlie, but I'm so lucky to have a horse tbh :)
I hope some day you'll be able to go back to riding...you should find someone near you who needs their horses exercising for free...there are plenty of people doing that nowadays, I know because I excercised 3 different people's horses in the space of a year when I sold my old pony Quinny :)

Good luck :)!

I used to ride and have a horse and all that.. But alas, that was a long time ago TT_TT I really miss it though, who wouldn't? Afterall it was just about 10 years of my life (showjumping for 5 yrs) The pony moved, and I felt really down about it and didn't feel like riding another one.
It's funny to think of all those accidents I've had (broken my arm, sprained fingers/wrists etc) then the only accident I've had with a horse was a horse who slipped and fell on top of me (poor horsie was more affected by that than I was) and then a horse kicked me, but well.. It was kinda my fault I guess.

BUT I'm going on vacation this weekend(to Jutland, so that doesn't really count) and mom and I are going to ride! YAAY (first time in 3 years)

Horsebackriding is really amazing, a passion, urgh reading all those messages really make me feel like looking for a horse to ride right now!
