You actually didn't dream about it. You only thought you did, which is what defines a dejavu.

They can be quite frequent depending on the individual.

i thought that was only when your a wake.

so wait, does something happen when your awake and then you dream about it? or do you dream about it and then it happen? cuz if it happens and THEN you dream about it, thats not dejavu, thats just your mind still thinking about things that have happened....

also this happens frequently dejavu i thought was only ment to happen once in a blue moon..

dejavu can happen every day for some people...i personally get it quite a lot...but for me it IS the, i dream about it and then it happens, scenario

okay. i will dream about something. it will only be a quick flash. then my dream continues as normal. then in about 2-3 weeks i'm in the same situation as i was in the dream.

Yeah she meant they happen to her after she dreams about them. Which is called a dejavu, because you only thought you dreamt about them, whereas you actually didn't.

This is very common, there's nothing to worry about. You can defend to the death it wasn't a dejavu but a glimpse of the future, I still won't ever believe you =]

really, i personally believe that we create our own reality; therefore you dream about something, subconciously you remember it, and you do it or put yourself in the position to make it happen.

maybe its jus a way to make you ready for a particular situation?

It's called a prophetic dream. I've had partial prophetic dreams before.. my bf has them. I'd say you are gifted. Look into it if you'd like to learn more, I don't know enough on the topic to say too much. I've only dabled in dreams.

I know exactly what you mean. I get them, but i dream the time like sometimes months before it happens and when i wake up from the dream its what the hell was that about, then when it happens its like THEE biggest dejavu

If he says it's a dream then I believe him, because some dreams are just so profound that you always remember them. If he recognises something that happens to him from his dream then he could be right. Or it could be just a coincidence, think of how many dreams the brain has made in life, and think of how many situations the brain could think up for the future, based on the past, that each have a certain probability of turning out to be true.

Therefore if this seems to be happening lately it could be just your brain in overdrive or simply a coincidence of probability.

That's my theory, because it's happened to me before as well.

This happens to me allll the time, and it's sometimes the most silly little random things that make no sense. I usually remember my dreams, cos I like seeing what they mean..

I had a few dreams about a friend of mine in a short space of time, who I hadn't spoken to for about 2 years, a week after the last dream she rang me, and then later on told me she'd started having dreams about me too. Bit weird?

the eaxct same thing happens to me too, the other day i was doing something exactly as i thought i had dreamt of it before, and didn't realise til i actually did it

just like this i've had dreams that don't even seem a bit pertinent to the situations in my life and then i experience them later on. It seems similar to deja vu but it definitely doesn't feel like it.

Lol I get that tonnes. Man I hate deja vu, it feels like I've gone backwards in time and repeated events, but I just don't know it!! Unnerving...
