oo darling the one thing that i suggest is go see your doctor and tell them what's up. it might not be anything because it is common for heavy periods every now and then but since it's been going on for 3 months, i'd make an appointment

have you been doing anything differently lately? a LOT of things can change your heaviness...(more or less exercise, eatting differently, etc?) because that can affect the heavinyess of it....and have you tried using a diff size product? not sure what you use, and dont really need to know, lol, but i know for tampons they go from light to super heavy and napkins can come in thin, regular or heavy flow as well...if you keep leaking, you may want to try the next coverage up....

Go see your doctor. They will most likely give you some pills to regulate your menstruation.

i was like this and missed school because i was so heavy i went to see the docter and they put me on the pill because it helps to regu your period and make it lighter its not just used has a contriceptive ya know. its made my life easyer now because i dont have to miss out on collage and such with worrying about leaking or anything
