no... really if you got all technical you could freak yourself out by thinking that his precum could leak through your panties, but realistically, sperm has to travel a long way to even get to your eggs, and then the egg chooses the sperm it thinks would be the best... so really not possible. keep it to that though, because anything involving penetration or even him cumming on or around your vaginal opening increases risk.
