i love him but does he love me?

recently my group rejected me, so for better or worse i started hanging around a guys group, i've fallen in love with a guy he's in 11th grade and i'm in 10th grade. we play sport at lunch but i'm useless at sport, so he always trys to help me, he is just so nice and i love him, but don't know if he likes me. i'm a quiet girl, so if find it difficult to make conversation with the group. i always walk down the school corridor and see him, somethimes we make eye contact, but he usually turns away, but we always smile at each other. does anyone have any advice on what i can do? should i just wait to get to know him better? but he is leaving school in a few weeks. is there away were i can drop a hint or make it look as though i like him, but not make it look so.... desperate. :i heart u

how bout hanging out after school?
you could jus say to him, you wana stay friends after he leaves and maybe you could meet up and he could continue to help you, thts a way to not sound desperate

maybe after a while u can get his number and text him now and again (like once a week or so)

i think he likes you but OBVIOUSLY not as much as you do him,
take this slow, maybe after a while he'l ask u out, jus say to him u wana be mates and coul he still help u with sport

I dont want to burst your bubble, but he may not "love" you. He may just like you as a friend. He sounds exactly like how my best friend is. He is always friendly and helpful, but it doesnt necessarily mean he is in love.

I know its easier said then done, but from what you have said, he sounds like a decent guy, so if you ask him out, you will know whether he likes you or not, and if he really is a friend and a decent guy and he truly doesnt "love" you, then you will still be able to be friends.

I think it would help if you spent more time with him, got to know him more and let him see who you really are. I don't think asking him out straight away would be a good idea because if he drops you and says no then you won't really have a good friendship, because there was no base to it.

Carry on hanging out with him and finding out what he likes and then take it from there. Good luck:)

thanks! i wish i could do that, but he's leaving in 4 weeks! we've got school holidays next week so i won't see him for 2 weeks, and then he'll have exams after that! i'm thinking of planning a group gathering, then i can invite him and the group over. anyway thanks guys!
