Favourite player in your team?

Ok so in contrast to the 'worst player in your team' thread here name your favourite player and if you like let us all know why.

My favourite player at Manchester United is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

He has been at the club now for over 10 years, not many players show commitment like that nowadays, especially when you have never really been a first choice player in your position. I also love his passion for the game and the inspiration he has given me recovering from his career-threatening injury.
He is now playing again at his best in my opinion and interestingly has the best goal per game ratio this season at Man Utd out of the teams top 4 strikers. He has always had a great goalscoring record at the club.

He is also a true footballer and ultimate professional and loves the game, he plays with a smile on his face, and isn't a rulebreaker, diver and never does anything conspicuous or controversial.

Also he will always be a legend at Old Trafford because of his most famous goal for us, the winning goal in the champions league final to complete the Man United trable of 1998-1999

my favourite is Volz. He never stops trying, no matter what position he plays. Always works hard. Recently been rewarded with some good goals. Most noteably the 15,000 premiership goal against the scum.

I like Igor Akinfeev from CSKA.He's a goalkeeper and I think he's the best young keeper in Europe.Also I like Ryan Giggs from Man Utd,because Giggs is one of the best midfielders and Utd is my favourite team between foreign countries.

Gotta be Bill Gallas, I almost had a fit from the excitement I got from when we signed him, and for all of you follow football you will know that it wasn't confirmed at 12 that night so I was up panicking for a while. But this guy is quality, one of the best CBs in the Premiership, pity he's been injured for a while though, but now he's back so it's all good.

For Liverpool, it's Daniel Agger. The Danish centre back has done well to knock the ever present Sami Hyypia out of the first team, and he has made the position his one. He is so composed in position, and rarely makes a mistake. Once he has got enhanced his physical attributes a bit more, he will become one of the best centre backs in the League I reckon.

Plays on the right-wing, is pretty much the quickest winger in the league and is a bloody good guy too.
