To make an animated .gif avatar

How do I do it? An online site would be great.

I have the full Macromedia studio but if I can use it for this I still don't know how to or know which one does it.

I have a program... Its called "Animation Shop 3" Its included in the old photoshopping program called, "Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8" I have uploaded the file download for it. Let me know if it works. :D

If it doesn't you can look for the upload on a downloading site prehaps. I just tryed myself to open the download and it doesnt look like its working. Maybe its because I already have it installed on this computer, but Im not sure.

Use Macromedia Fireworks and create a new frame for each part of the animation, export as animated gif.
