the hurt! that would be awful.
I kinda been through something like this....(damn ive been through everything me!) Anyway...
Im not gunna say, oh you will get over it in a few hours...cos thats not the case.
If that was me then I would just cry and cry for days! or hours... lol
I would probably ask one of my mates to listen...but it dont sound half as bad when you say it out loud, i would probs just tell a random person i dont talk to often!
It doesnt always help if you tell people though.
I would just try to laugh things off and find someone else to dwel over!
Its not easy, but it can be done

i know im gona cry for a few days, gotta get meself togetehr before college starts again tho, cnt be thrown out fo crying again ! lol

well basically my ex dumped me and in my eyes hes made my newer ex (if tht makes sense) dump me
they are best friends i have to admit, they have been best mates for 9 years

its not a nice feeling at all

DONT GET TOO CLOSE TO ANYONE - they will only fuck you over, one way or another

I know you don't want it to happen again! But this way, you can prevent it from happening int he future as you might see it coming. Also, by this experience, you will be able to grow from it and be a stronger person, and work out what you really want in a relationship.
