    Default synase problems

    hey, i have had a synase problem for the last coupld of years, I kinda get blocked up and then light headed, if anyone has any information or help on this, or even if youve had similar problems please reply and let me know cheers! this will be my third time going to the doctors this year with the problem!

    Aye al lthe women at work are always bitchin about that lol.

    They use some kinda incense vapour stuff I think, they were on about it the other day, said it helps a lot.

    Put some sorta smelly oil stuff on your pillow, i think its called olbas oil.
    And then put some on your clothes when you get up in the morning, also try aromatherapy, it helps a lot.
    I used to have similar problems. and i did what i just said. I also had to have this stuff, you drip a fair amount of albas oil in a bowl of boiling water, and then inhale for about 15 minutes. it clears out the sinuses and airways.

    cheers ppl, well my doctor keeps givin me antiobiotics and nose spray and it dont work, it makes me feel worse if anythink, i will try your suggestions. but if i smell like olbas oil in school im gonnna get looked at funni lol

    I used to suffer from it myself when i was younger, i also used to get nose bleeds all the time but im fine now.
    I always used to use a vapour rub but it used to make my eyes sting but it worked fine.
