Heres a tutorial for a supported wall flip, personally i think its easier to learn without support.
The last time i tried it with a support, i landed on my head!
I think i'm gonna try some again soon, as i haven't done any since we last had a PK gym session, well that i landed
If you do manage to preform a few, make sure you rest for a couple days after or you could tear your stomach muscle, don't even strech it can make things even worse!

sorry i meant to post hours ago when i was emailed the update to the forum but i was looking for this cool wallflip animation...i have it somewhere...
anyway, i think what youre meant to be doing is approaching the wall with an accelleration, (not just running towards it at a constant speed) and taking the first step onto the wall then as your foot prepares for its spring, your body becomes level with it, so you are practically at 90 degrees from the floor and as you kick away from the wall you flip upwards and backwards, seeing the wall, then the sky then the ground then then the wall as you land.
this is probably best practised in a gym, perhaps with spotters first.
I think wallflips are the easiest thing next to walking guys. Wallflip was a flip I learn without even knowing how to do it or anything, I saw it on a movie and thought I'd copy, all you gotta do is put your foot on the wall and lean back, but then I read tutorials, and got better at them, then I started doing lots more flips, another easy flip is an aerial. lol
