FriendShip goes down the drain!

Ok, if you like long stories please read on, if not go away i haven't got time for you kinda people!

Anyway, when i was little my mum had met a friend who at the time had a baby. As time went on my mum helped her by babysitting and stuff, years went on and their friendship grew and grew (as it does!) also did my friendship with her children. My mate is 16 and his little sister is 15, two weeks ago their father passed away (he knew what he was doing, if you get my drift!!) and their upset in their own ways, and im very very concerned about my mates behavior, anyone see the movie Greenstreet? based in london about some gangs thinking their all hard men who goes out fighting (this is a way of expressing how you feel, but i think its just stupid lol!) anyway, he was watchin it the other day and he just blurts out i wana do a drive-by! Now to me thats disturbing, but me and his mate were like why, he said "I wana do it, to see what it feels like and what happens and shit like that!".

We both turned round and said people die ( not mentioning too much as it was on his fathers funeral day) he quickly changed his mind. He keeps saying i was upset earlier i was, did u see me crying and that upset me in myself coz i've known him for 16years his whole life, i've been there for him and im just worried that his new "mates" in his "crew" ("" is used in my sychastic meaning) won't stand by him and look out for him.

So i would like to see if theres anything i can do for him, like things to say or advice to give him?? If you like PM me

firstly...as a friend you need to talk to eachother about guy things, get feeling out (yes guys do need to share feelings aswel as girls) and just let him know you are there for him, everyone needs to here this once and a while.

I think you should sit down and let him face facts. Life is precious, and he doesn't want to let it slip away by doing something stupid like that.

You need to assure him that you are always there for him no matter what and you would do anything for him to be happy.

You may need to sit down with him and tell him what you think will happen and say that you are worried for him and don't want him to do anything stupid.
