    Question Best Bedtime Drink?

    What is the best drink to have when your sat at home at night? Something to help relax you and let you sleep?!

    Please do not say booze cause you feel crap in the morning!

    It has to be Hot Chocolate or Horlicks really so choose from the poll. If you can think of any others then let me know and I shall update the poll!

    Coke?! It gives you bad gas when you sleep and is also supposed to induce nightmares because of high sugar levels or something!!

    The best thing to have is supposed to be something with milk in it.

    Yeah well I normally have it an hour or so b4 i go to bed, jus sorta like a supper drink wi ma food which it helps wash down lol. Ive never had a problem.
