    Default Requiem for a dream

    this movie.. wow.
I really don't know how to describe it. some people might like it, some might not. it's about drugs and all, and to be honest, trainspotting is probably more enjoyable to watch. but i watched this yesterday at a buddy's house, and some of my mind is still on that movie. i thought it was intense. a slower form of intense and rawness. this movie is slow, but after a while, all 4 characters will grow on you. I'm not the type to get all worked up over a movie, but this movie is different for some reason. specially the old lady, she's probably the one that got to me most. i kindda feel bad for her even though i know is amovie. but she just nailed her roll, it looked very real.

this movie is one of the most amazing films, you probably wont feel like watching again.

I love this movie. I liked it way better than Trainspotting. On the old lady, It's probably the only time I felt something for an old bag in a movie. And that soundtrack; wow! My favorite part is where they show the four of them suffering the consequences of their addictions with the music playing. Great movie.
When the deep purple falls over sleepy garden walls
And the stars begin to twinkle in the sky—
In the mist of a memory you wander back to me
Breathing my name with a sigh...
