i like the artistic quality of that photo with the sun coming out from behind the building. it would look really good if it wasn't just a picture on you standing on one leg.

Its a warming up technique. I do it with Danny all the time. It also helps to improve balance although it's not really parkour.
Nice picture though, if you can get one of you simple running with the Sun behind you on that wall it would look pretty cool.

yeh i understand that balancing is useful and that, but still, you don't really want artistic photos of someone warming up lol
