    hello, i was just wondering has anyone actually done there catering pratical assessment yet, i did mine last week and i passed and got an A*, i was chuffed, let me know ppl ... if youve got it coming up.. GD LUK

    yh it is rather cool, its fun, u do a load of cookin and get graded on it, but i hate the theory side, loads and loads of writing, you have to know a lot on fire safety hygiene etc...
