What Parkour movements can you do?
This thread could help you to find people for asking for help if you are stuck on a certain technique.

Lazy Vault
Theif Vault
Cat Pass (Kong Vault)
Diving Cat Pass (Dive Kong)
Double Cat Pass (Double Kong Vault)
Speed Vault
Dash Vault - Also managed to do an "x & y" Dash Vault (On hand on vertical, one on horizontal) and standing dash vaults.
Reverse Vault - Both One Handed and Two Handed
Pop Vault - So far managed a Pop Reverse, a Pop Monkey, a Pop Lazy and a Pop Gate vault too.

wats a thief vault?

youl have to show me that x+y dash too, by the sounds of it i cant think of its advantages over a regular dash.
