RU486: The Abortion Pill

Induced Abortions are already avaliable for woman who have unwanted pregnancies with the surgical procedure...should this new abortion pill also be an option?

I think abortions should only happen if it honestly is for the 'baby', if its for some reason like 'an accident' or something then abortion shouldn't be an option anyhow. Rape victims and similar things should be allowed abortions since its nothing they could stop. But for people like that who should have the choice any way should be offered to make it as easy as possible for them

What if it was 'an accident' in that the contraception failed (ie. condom breaking)? Or the mother found out that having the baby would put her life at risk..like her dying while giving birth (it happens)? Do you think abortions should be acceptable in these circumstances? And if so, should the abortion pill be avalible to these women or is the surgical procedure enough?

i dont like this idea, it will be easier for anyone to get an abortion, and what if some sick person gets their hands on these pills and spikes womens drinks? people who dont actually want an abortion.
i dont agree in abortion to begin with, nevermind makin it easier

These drugs aren't over the counter. You actually see your doctor numerous amounts of times for the doctor to see if this pill is in the woman's best interest before the doctor will even consider giving it to you. So it's not like this pill will be available to every Tom, Dick and Harry and so I doubt they'd be many people running around spiking women's drinks with it.

RU486 is the name of the drug( Or so I believe)

And she's making a joke out of RU469 because if you read it, it's like saying 'Are you for 69?'
This would mean that no one could get pregnant if they were doing a 69
