GPrime has a good point. Visual Basic is the most likely option, but I have visited forums where people have shown their assignments. Some of them designed skins for vBulletin, and they were pretty good. I can assume he refers to Visual Basic though.

Yes, I am fluent and self-taught at Visual Basic. I really doubt that I would do it for free though. You would have to look up some tutorials I guess.

yeh i think he means Visual Basic as apposed to vBcode.

    VB or VBA?

which application do you want to apply it to, and what do you want it to do?
if you're using Access i've been doing a lot of work with that lately, strongly including (discovering the point of and) experimenting with VB. it's really cool. lets you do cool stuff.
