Any basket ball players here?

any whos any basket ball players here. cause i need help on how to wrap the ball around your leg while doing a 540 lay up? any sugestions?

well..considering you'd need amazing hangtime to do a through the leg layup, or even a 360.. much less a through the legs 540 layup. its like next to impossible. my friend has amazing hangtime and he still has trouble nailing a 360 layup.. plus altitude is not much of an issue.. probably a minimum of 12 inches should be alright

but heck, go for it if you want to..

i suggest getting the through the leg layup down pat first. then work on your 360 and 540 i suppose.

when you finally feel comfortable doing them, then i suppose you just have to incorporate both moves into one.

i suggest getting some health insurance first.

i hyperextended my left knee doing a 360 once. and i shall never ever attempt to do it again.=)

i can grab with two fingers at 5'8... i got my under the leg layups down pat just the twist makes me dizzy.

is your ring standard height? if so, then that's an awesome vertical you got..

i suggest you work on your spin now, without the leg layup. do the 360 first. when you no longer feel disoriented or dizzy, move up to the 540. then incorporate the leg layup layup i guess.

Yeah do what he said... I'm not so good at layups but if you brake it down like Jay D. said you should be able to accomplish it.

yup but that is with a running start. yeah i'm starting to get it just gonna take time.
