Kinda, although, I think it's more to do with the placement of things. Less is more as they say, but this is just too minimal. You should try playing around and reposition things or create a new logo, simple things make big changes.

I think the blue and white is nice, just think you have placed it maybe in the wrong places. Do agree with Lola though, it is very facebookey ^

Just logged in and noticed that you have a pink option too. I like that but i'll print screen and give a few ideas of what you could do.

I'm an artist and amateur graphics designer, so have 'the eye'

Anyway i'll give you a few ideas anyway.

here, it's just some suggestions, but if you wish, i'll download my programme again and i'll do a few pro suggestions for you lol
