Clerks II

Has anybody else seen this yet? I caught a show on Friday, and was very impressed. Granted it plays more like a sequal to Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back than it does Clerks, but as is always true of Kevin Smith films (except Jersey Girl), this was funny as hell. I really hope they greenlight a third part. If not, I hope he at least follows through with his plans to make a Dogma II film.

I have only seen the trailer for this but I am definately going to see it, I love all the Jay and Silent Bob films.

A reporter/movie reviewer (Joel Siegel) walked out of Clerks II on its premiere night making it known what he thought of it, Kevin Smith phoned him up to confront him about why he did it, heres the amusing audio from that phone call:

Clerks - Animated Movie
Mallrats 2
Chasing Amy 2 (and possible two sequals beyond that)
Dogma 2

He's also said that while he doesn't invision a Clerks III, he hadn't seen doing a Clerks II film until recently, so we might get another one in several years.
