Moved to The Lounge, although I did consider putting it under Humour since chavs are stupid it's hilarious.

I don't generally have a problem with chavs. As long as they stay the hell away from me, my house and cars, I'm fine. What I have a problem with are the ones who hang around outside my local Co-Op and cause trouble for everybody, asking them for change and cigarettes. If the people don't provide, they get abusive. I ended up placing my fist neatly in a chav's face before for calling me a "stupid wanker" because I don't smoke.

'Chavs' really get on my nerves. They seem to be the growing population of abusive, violent and the general 'scum' of teenagers and young adults alike. They give the repuation of 'bad youths' to all adults it seems, and it really is just driving me insane. I get a lack of respect as a young woman and a member of society from a lot of adults, merely because I am younger than them. Why should I be treated like scum, because majority of youngsters are fools? It's unfair and stereotyping.

I will always have time to grow up though, and become wiser and older, but alas, they won't, I bet. Spending most of their time messing around in lessons when they actually take time out to go to school.

What I find rather worrying though, is that if they can assault adults and abuse everyone around them who isn't defined as 'true chav' at such a young adolescent age.. Then what will they be like once they are legally classed as an adult? I'm pretty sure the local prisons won't want their walls bursting with inmates inconvicted of petty crime and theft - and that's if they carry on as they are doing now. Though I'm sure several will progress onto arson, GBH and several other offences as time goes on. Hell, even now quite a few have ASBOs because they just don't know how to behave appropriately in public.

Will they be the scum lining the streets, making it unsafe to exit your own house without fear of mugging, violence and even rape? Or will they grow up to be 'respectable citizens'? And to be honest.. I think citizen is hard to believe at this stage, let alone respectable.

If you think about it, the future seems pretty bleak for most of them. But it's hard to feel sorry for what they will become, because it will be self inflicted - because they wanted to be with the 'crowd'. The crowd of people who wanted to cause discomfort for everyone else walking down the street. Those who think nothing of hurting people, let alone animals. They will only have themselves to blame! They made the choice. But the thing to bear in mind is, how will they affect everyone else in the future?

I h8 chavs!! there r8 annoying n they were stupid stuff like baby blue tracksuits, with TN caps that dont even go on there head properly n rockports!! you cant wear rockports with tracky bottoms!!!!!!!!!!!! thats just stupid.

Ps on a more serious note that chavscum website is very racist ( i think its that website, but im not 100% sure ) i went on bout 2 years back and it said very, very racist things about pittsmore!!
