Blisters

Yesterday I walked the length of Stocksbridge (longer than it looks!) to the football game with my K-Swiss on with no socks. The back of my foot was really killing me but I went straight through the pain barrier cos I am solid.
Got home to find my trainers full of crap (not literally but I don't want to go into too much detail) and the biggest blister in the world on my foot.
How is the best way to look after it? Currently, I am just dabbing it every night and putting a plaster on it at night so not to rub it in my sleep, otherwise I leave it open.

Any ideas what to do?

What are you dabbing it with?? I think tcp should help. Also if you mix tcp with hot water ina bow and bathe your foot in it it may help!

I'm just dabbing at it with a tissue soaked in water (!) just to soothe it at the moment as that is the only thing I can think of doing but I reckon it'll be making it worse with all the germs and crap on it.

Well when i get them i dont do anything with them! Just take the pain and let them go own their own but TCP should really help to kill anything!!

Clean it with peroxide, if you guys have that stuff...then put some antibacterial gel on it...then put a bandaid on it.

I've heard that its better to leave it out in the open so it dries up and heals faster instead of putting a plaster (bandaid) on it.

The bandaid will keep it from getting gross when you wear your shoes.

TCP will do the same, i think it will anyway but you need the liquid stuff in a bottle, not the gel or the cream!

You clean it first, then put the gel stuff on it, which will keep the germies from getting in it after you clean it.

Actually feels nice according to my little brother! Although it does smell abit, you could probs. get high off the fumes!

i got a blister the other day.
i walked home from school (like...way over a mile in heat) in my school shoes which are the most uncomfortable things ever!
it popped and all the skin on my heel just peeled off...it was painful.
i also went bright red coz i had my school uniform on and it was sweltering!

I bathed it last night, popped a plaster (bandaid) over it so not to nudge it and be crucified in pain but when I woke up, it was soooooo painful and all shit had gone on the plaster so am currently letting it breathe...

No crap has ever some out of mine, just looks like bubbles under the skin to me and all the skin goes white. It kills when they rip off and pop though but still, nothing comes out. You might have gotten them infected or something, i don't know!!

I hate it when you get them on the ends of your fingers cause you know its goign to hurt when you do something!

I get blisters when I workout, even with gloves on. Doing my traps is the worse. When you get 120lb. weight on each arm, your fingers can't handle it, so it just rips so bad.

My finger are soo calist now.

The possessed alien thing is still present on my foot. Worst thing is that I have my school prom on Thursday so its going to kill like hell then!
