Hey guys, I'm 15 in year 10 and I have never had a boyfriend in my entire life and so therefore have never kissed a boy before. I really feel left out because almost all of my friends have boy/girlfriends and talk about how far they've gone with them and all that. So I'm just really curious about whether their are other teenagers out there as old as me and maybe even older that are in the same situation as me.

So can everybody please answer these four questions so I can just get a bit of an idea on this?

1. How old are you?
2. How old were you when you had your first boy/girlfriend?
3. How old were you when you had your first kiss?
4. How many relationships have you been in?

4. 1 (and it sucked cos my b/f was so shy he hardly talked 2 me, so it probably doesn't even count as a relationship:angered

There is absolutely nothing wrong with not having a b/f at 15. All it means is that ur like me

- ur picky, which is good cos that way u won't end up like sum girls that just go out wit anyone/thing (ther's a lot of gurlz like dat at my school). So don't stress urself out about it - guys aren't all that life's about. Just wait for the right guy to come along, cos if u get a b/f 4 the wrong reasons, u won't b happy, and then there'll b no point of being in that relationship.

Thank you all for your feedback. I feel a lot more relaxed about it now. Now just to reply to a few of your questions...I'm not shy around guys at all...in fact the majority of my friends are guys so I think that maybe the guys consider me more as a friend then a girlfriend. And about me being picky, I think that may be true. I've only ever liked 2 guys in my whole life. 1 in grade 3 (I liked him for a whole year) then another when I was in year 8 and that crush went for 2 years (I only just recently stopped liking him because I found out that he was a smoker).

I think I've been asked out once in my life and that was by this guy in year 7 and he didn't actually like me..he was asking out like every girl in year 7 because he wanted a girlfriend.

The thing I'm most worried about with not having a boyfriend or a first kiss at this age is that by the time I do get my first boyfriend he would have gotten pretty far with girls and he'll just expect me to do the same with him just after I have my first kiss with him. Does anyone else feel this way?

well..most guys are pretty understanding about that stuff..the decent ones anyway. I felt like that with one guy i was with & he just said that he'll only do what i'm comfortable with. Most guys wont push to do things you dont want to, and if they do, they r really not worth your time.

That's what I thought but now I'm having second thoughts because well...one of my friends is like the nicest guy ever and he really respects his girlfriends and stands up for them when someone would say the slightest mean thing to them but lately his been complaining to me about how he's really horny and his girlfriend won't allow him to go any further with her then kissing and feeling up because her mum won't allow her. And he's questioning whether he should break up with her because of it because he feels that she won't go further with him because she doesn't like him enough and she's just using her mum as an excuse. And seeing as his like a really nice and caring guy, it makes me question whether other guys feel this way?

Guys, can you shed your opinions on this topic? Like, if you were really expierenced in relationships and the sexual side of it and then you meet a girl who's completely inexpierenced, would you get a bit impatient over the fact that she wouldn't go as far with you as other girls have?

I'd never be impatient with her. I wouldn't pressure her into anything or owt. Make her feel relaxed. It's her decision and the end of the day like.

the first few times i kissed girls i totally sucked, but you sort of pick up how it goes after a few more, oh...unless...maybe i still suck...oh god...(its been a while so il have to see)

if you can find a good guy who totally respects you, he'll totally understand, im sure hes out there, dont be worried about not being good enough, just show him you care for him and show youre interested, but dont be obsessive and clingy.

steph, iv never had a boyfriend either. it annoys me, and it sucks, but its ok. I dont worry too much about my friends relationships. its just by chance that they got boyfriends before me. I just know that if i wait for the person who feels right to ask me out, then i will be even more happy and appreciative of that than people who have had bad first relationships.
