If you like martial art films I suggest you watch this, you wont find a film with better fight scenes.
Tony Jaar is technically beautiful.

Re: Ong Bak
Beautiful film.
The next Jet Li/Jackie Chan this kid is. And the film is made even spectacular when you realise he's not using any stunt props. Real barbed wire, real glass, real fighting!

Re: Ong Bak
Yep, to be in this film the fighters had to be real fighters, ie they had to produce competition footage.

Re: Ong Bak
Ummmm no not really.... a transvestite floating around a room in a yellow jumpsuit, wielding a sword in the most unrealistic choreography evercaptured on film....excluding Crouching Tiger, is not my idear of a good fight scene.

Re: Ong Bak
Yes, this was quite a good martial arts film. In fact, it was probably the best one I've seen since Mr. Nice Guy. I've been meaning to upgrade to the Aussie DVD, as most of the other releases are cut. I believe the only other uncut version is the HK print, which I have a VHS rip of. So just an FYI, all North American and European releases are cut.
Driven off of the board due to the evils of Islam and efforts to express my voicing of said evils.
